   36氪获悉，工业和信息化部办公厅、国家数据局综合司发布关于联合实施2026年“模数共振”行动的通知，其中指出，围绕所选择的重点行业，引导算力企业、模型企业、数据企业和应用开发企业组建“模数共振”创新联合体（对于所选择的重点行业，每行业打造不少于1个），支持联合体与“模数共振”空间协作联动，共同开展模型研制、软硬适配、数据处理、应用方案设计与开发。组织联合体强化行业级、全栈式解决方案研发和应用，打造人工智能赋能行业“样板间”。
