36氪获悉，联创电子公告，2026年7月29日，公司控股股东江西鑫盛、公司实际控制人韩盛龙及公司董事长、总裁曾吉勇与寿县财政局（寿县国资委）下属产业投资平台寿县新桥签署了《股份转让协议》，江西鑫盛拟将其持有的公司部分股份76930822股转让给寿县新桥，转让价格为8.19元/股，转让价款为630063432.18元（含税）。若本次股份转让事项顺利推进并实施完成，公司控股股东将由江西鑫盛变更为寿县新桥，公司实际控制人将由韩盛龙变更为寿县财政局（寿县国资委）。公司股票自2026年7月30日（星期四）上午开市起复牌。
