36氪获悉，中际旭创7月28日公告，公司董事长兼总裁刘圣提议公司使用自有或自筹资金以集中竞价交易方式回购公司已发行的部分普通股（A股）股票，回购资金总额不低于40亿元（含）且不超过80亿元（含），用于��权激励或员工持股计划。回购价格不高于董事会审议通过回购股份方案决议前30个交易日公司股票交易均价的150%，具体以董事会审议通过的回购方案为准。回购期限为自董事会审议通过之日起12个月内。
