微软发文，宣布为Microsoft Teams会议应用推出全新的AI机器人管理策略，当第三方AI机器人尝试加入会议时，必须先获得会议组织者批准后才能进入。据介绍，目前微软已在Teams管理中心新增“Manage external bots and their access to meetings”管理策略，该功能默认启用，管理员可将该策略应用于指定用户或用户组，当Teams检测到外部AI机器人尝试加入会议时，会先将其置于会议等候室（Lobby），只有在会议组织者确认批准后，机器人才能正式加入会议。当然管理员也可根据企业需求选择关闭这一功能。（新浪财经）
