Reddit overhauls feed with new 'for you' recommendations

By PulseAugur Editorial · [1 sources] ·

Reddit is overhauling its main feed to include a new 'for you' section that will provide algorithmic recommendations. This change aims to increase user engagement by making it easier to discover new communities and conversations, similar to how other social media platforms operate. The platform will also retain a 'following' tab for content from subreddits users have already joined, and is experimenting with new content formats and user feedback mechanisms to refine suggestions.
