Nintendo Switch 2 jailbroken with AI assistance, custom mods emerge

By PulseAugur Editorial · [2 sources] ·

A modder has reportedly jailbroken the Nintendo Switch 2 using an old game and AI assistance. The exploit, which requires a specific game like SmileBASIC 4, allows for custom game modifications, such as adding characters like Cinnamoroll, Peter Griffin, and the red Angry Bird to a version of Mario Kart World. While the full impact and complexity of this jailbreak are still being debated within the modding community, it may signal the start of further exploits for the new console, potentially aided by AI.
