Microsoft releases AesCode models for generating structured visual web content

By PulseAugur Editorial · [1 sources] ·

Microsoft has released AesCode, a new family of models designed to generate structured visual artifacts like slides and dashboards as HTML/CSS. These models, available in 8B and 32B parameter versions, use a novel approach that combines image generation for aesthetic reference with code generation for content accuracy. AesCode employs graph-structured supervision and decoupled cross-modal rewards to ensure the output is editable and verifiable, overcoming the limitations of standard code or image models. AI

IMPACT Enables creation of structured, editable visual web content directly from prompts, potentially streamlining design and development workflows.
