    36氪获悉，沃尔核材公告，公司拟不超1.5亿港元（含）回购公司H股股份，所回购股份将进行注销以减少注册资本，回购股份数量不超过公司于H股回购一般性授权获通过之日的已发行H股总股份（不包括H股库存股）的10%。此次H股回购的每日回购价格不得较该回购日前5个交易日H股平均收市价高出5%或以上，实际回购价格将视市场情况而确定。
