Nothing Phone 4b launches with high price, large battery, and older chip

By PulseAugur Editorial · [1 sources] ·

The Nothing Phone 4b is launching at a surprisingly high price point for its category, priced at INR 34,999 (~$367) in India. Despite being positioned below the Phone 4a series, it incorporates premium features like a large 6,000mAh battery (in India), a brighter Glyph Bar, and a unibody polycarbonate design. However, it uses a previous-generation Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chip and runs on Android 16, with only three years of promised OS upgrades, which is a notable drawback given the price and the availability of newer Android versions.
