CogGuard: Cognitive and Operational Profiling for Proactive Warning in Edge Intelligent Services
Researchers have developed CogGuard, a new framework designed to provide proactive warnings for edge intelligent services. This system aims to predict task completion success while adhering to strict latency and privacy requirements. CogGuard separates the profile construction, handled by large language models, from the score prediction, managed by small language models, to improve efficiency and reduce synchronization overhead on heterogeneous edge clusters.
