Researchers at Nanjing University, in collaboration with Renshuo Guangneng (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., have developed a large-area perovskite tandem solar cell module. This new module achieved a world-record photoelectric conversion efficiency of 26.2% for its size, as certified by the Japan Electrical Safety & Environment Technology Laboratories (JET).
