KPI2KVI: A Multi Agent Workflow for Calculating Key Value Indicators from Service Descriptions
Researchers have developed KPI2KVI, a novel multi-agent workflow designed to automatically calculate Key Value Indicators (KVIs) from unstructured service descriptions. This system leverages Large Language Models to extract relevant KVI categories, generate specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), collect or estimate KPI values, and compute interval-valued KVI outputs with traceable explanations.
