A man has pleaded guilty in federal court to the assassinations of a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband. Vance Boelter admitted to murdering House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark Hortman, and to the non-fatal shootings of State Senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette Hoffman.
