Taming System Complexity: Demystifying Software Engineering Agents in Diagnosing Linux Kernel Faults
Researchers have developed a new benchmark, LinuxFLBench, to evaluate the effectiveness of AI agents in diagnosing faults within the Linux kernel. Existing state-of-the-art agents struggle with this complex task, achieving only 41.6% top-1 accuracy at the file level.
