Agentic-J: An AI Agent for Biological Microscopy Image Analysis
Researchers have developed two AI agent frameworks, CodeCytos and Agentic-J, to assist in complex biological image analysis. CodeCytos uses a code-action agent to enable dynamic, programmable interaction with spatial molecular imaging data, improving automation and customization for custom feature exploration.
