The Unusual Alliances Tackling Weather Risk To The Insurance Industry
A new initiative called the Center for Innovation in Risk, Catastrophes, and Decisions (CIRCAD) has been launched to address the growing challenges posed by extreme weather to the insurance industry. This center is a collaborative effort between Duke University, the University of Georgia, NASA, and leaders from the insurance and climate data sectors.
