GenTract: Generative Global Tractography
Researchers have developed GenTract, a novel generative model for global brain tractography. This new approach frames the complex task of inferring white-matter pathways from diffusion MRI as a generative problem, directly mapping imaging data to complete and anatomically plausible streamlines.
