The European Commission has established two new expert bodies to aid in the implementation and enforcement of the EU AI Act. The Scientific Panel, comprising 60 independent AI experts, will advise on General-Purpose AI (GPAI) risks and evaluation, while the Advisory Forum, with 174 members from various sectors, will provide broader stakeholder input.
