From Evidence to Design: Developing an AI-Augmented UX Research Point of View for Digital Wellbeing in Emergency and Public Safety Contexts
This paper explores how AI can enhance User Experience Research (UXR) for digital wellbeing tools aimed at emergency and public safety personnel. By employing AI-assisted literature analysis within the UXR Point-of-View framework, the study identified key patterns in psychological, behavioral, and design elements relevant to this high-stress demographic. The research produced a UXR PoV Pyramid, nine UXR Play Cards, and stakeholder narratives, emphasizing the need for minimal cognitive effort, contextual adaptability, and psychological safety in wellbeing systems.
