Blue Chip Holdings Acquires Singapore DCF Future Data Center
Blue Chip Holdings has announced its merger with Singapore-based datacenter provider Datacenter Future Pte. Ltd. (DCF). The cross-border acquisition will be settled through a share swap and is effective immediately upon signing. In a separate announcement, Edgetech's shareholders, Legend Star and HAL, plan to reduce their holdings by up to 3% of the company's total share capital within the next three months due to personal funding needs.
