Toward Vibe Medicine: A Self-Evolving Multi-Agent Framework for Clinical Decision Support
Researchers have introduced VIBEMed, a novel multi-agent framework designed for clinical decision support that addresses the limitations of static AI systems. Unlike existing models that rely on pre-trained knowledge, VIBEMed incorporates a self-evolution mechanism and a safety sandbox to dynamically learn from patient outcomes and past failures. The framework comprises three specialized agents: a Clinical Diagnostic Agent for hypothesis generation, a Therapeutic Execution Agent for treatment planning, and a Clinical Evolution Manager Agent that distills feedback into reusable knowledge.
