The discussion focused on deepening SOE reforms, advancing the unified national market, promoting green development, and ensuring energy security. Zheng emphasized optimizing the layout and structure of the state-owned economy, enhancing SOEs' capabilities in technological innovation, industrial control, and security support, and fostering a dynamic internal environment.
