Deliberative Curation: A Protocol for Multi-Agent Knowledge Bases
Researchers have developed a new protocol called Deliberative Curation to manage knowledge bases created by multiple AI agents. This protocol addresses challenges like agent statelessness and sycophancy, which traditional human governance mechanisms cannot handle. It incorporates a knowledge artifact lifecycle, reputation-weighted voting using Beta Reputation and EigenTrust, and graduated sanctions for agents. Simulations showed the protocol offers greater resilience against adversarial behavior compared to simple majority voting, with commit-reveal vote concealment proving to be a particularly effective component.
