Bilibili, a Chinese video-sharing platform, has established a new subsidiary named Guangdong Hengqin Miaosila Network Technology Co., Ltd. in Hengqin. This new entity, with a registered capital of 50 million RMB, will focus on software development and network technology services. The subsidiary is wholly owned by Bilibili's Beijing Miaosila Network Technology Co., Ltd. AI
